General Questions

Is saguaro certified?

Yes. We are a full service restoration company skilled in residential restoration. From emergency services to complete reconstruction we can handle it all. We are licensed insured and bonded. No matter the size or scope of your project we have all the right tools and the professional experience to restore your property.

Do you need to move out?

Every restoration job is different in severity and size. It may be necessary to move out of your house temporarily. In the case of a mild water damage, residents won’t have to move out during the dry out process. However the equipment used is noisy and drafty. It may be an inconvenience or pose a risk to you if you have to monitor children.

Does saguaro work with my insurance?

We work with many insurance carriers, we are there to walk you through the process of filing a claim. In most cases we are able to submit paperwork and documents to your insurance company and directly bill your insurance company.   Be prepared to supply any material for the claim, claim number, policy number and insurance company information.  In the case that your claim isn’t covered you will be responsible for all payments.

How long will the water damage process take?

There a many variable to this work. Weather, humidity levels, amount of water involved, building material and how quickly emergency services start.   Typically most properties take 3-5 days. We perform daily moisture content monitoring to ensure the most effective and efficient drying process.

What is saguaros response time?

We respond to emergencies 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  We understand the importance to act quickly to prevent further damage. We value ourselves in our response time.

Do I have to worried about chemicals that are used in the restoration process?

Saguaro uses Benefect products which we have found to be the best in the industry to provide both biodegradable and eco friendly results.  It’s our goal to provide non toxic material for the demerit of our customers, employees and our environment.

How much will this cost?

After the insurance adjuster had made their inspection and you the home owner have authorized us to do the work.  We will deliver a detailed estimate of the exact work required and the cost involved.  Saguaros expertise and specialized equipment  allows us to accurately determine the extent of any damaged.
